1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Forge Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all users of our services and are subject to Bangladesh laws.

2. Service Description

Forge Solutions provides hosting services including game servers, web hosting, and VPS hosting. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice to users.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information during registration
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Using services only for lawful purposes compliant with Bangladesh laws
Not engaging in illegal activities, hacking, or unauthorized access
Not hosting content that violates intellectual property rights
Not hosting content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes illegal activities

4. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted: bKash and Bank Transfers. Payment must be made in full before service activation. All prices are in Bangladesh Taka (৳) or USD as displayed. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes in Bangladesh.

Overdue Payment Policy:

Service suspension: On the first overdue day, services will be automatically suspended if payment is not received
Service termination: On the 7th day of non-payment, services will be terminated and all data will be permanently deleted
Payment reminder: Users will receive payment reminders before suspension and termination occur

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day pro-rated refund policy. For detailed terms and eligibility, please refer to our Refund Policy page.

6. Uptime and Performance

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events in Bangladesh or internationally.

7. Data and Backups

Backup Responsibility: Maintaining regular backups is the sole responsibility of the client. While we make reasonable efforts to protect data, Forge Solutions does not provide automatic backups as part of standard service. Users must implement their own backup strategy using their hosting control panel or external backup solutions.

Users are strongly recommended to perform regular backups of all critical data. Forge Solutions is not liable for data loss resulting from the client's failure to maintain backups. In case of data loss, deleted data may be permanently unrecoverable.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

Use services for spam, phishing, or malware distribution
Violate Bangladesh Information and Communication Technology Act, 2006
Host content that incites violence or illegal activities
Perform DDoS attacks or other malicious activities
Use services to harass or threaten others

9. Limitation of Liability

Forge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for services in the preceding month.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if users violate these terms or engage in illegal activities. Users may cancel services anytime with no penalty. Upon cancellation, all data will be deleted after 7 days.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and resolved in the courts of Bangladesh. Users agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

Forge Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
