Our 14-day pro-rated refund terms

1. Refund Guarantee
Forge Solutions offers a 14-day pro-rated refund for all hosting services. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a refund.
2. Pro-rated Calculation
The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining unused days of the service period. For example, if you use the service for 5 days and then request a refund, you will be eligible for a refund for the remaining 25 days of a 30-day billing cycle.
3. Eligibility and Exceptions
To be eligible for a refund, users must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- The account must not have violated our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
- Administrative fees, transaction costs, or setup fees may be non-refundable and deducted from the final refund amount.
- Renewal payments are not eligible for refunds.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the original payment method (bKash or Bank Transfer) within 7-10 business days after approval.
