Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for proper use of Forge Solutions services

1. Introduction
All users must comply with this policy to maintain service access.
2. General Prohibitions
Users are prohibited from:
- Illegal activities or violating Bangladesh laws
- Hacking, unauthorized access, or security breaches
- Malware, viruses, or harmful software distribution
- DDoS attacks or network abuse
- Defamatory, obscene, or hateful content
- Copyright infringement
- Phishing, spam, or fraud
- Harassment or abuse
3. Game Server Policies
3.1 File Manager Usage
The file manager is for game server management only. Users must NOT store personal files, share files externally, upload unrelated backups, or use server storage as a general hosting solution. Violations result in immediate suspension and data deletion.
3.2 Minecraft Server Policies
3.2.1 Plugin Restrictions
Prohibited plugins: Chunky and aggressive chunk generation plugins. These consume excessive resources and will be automatically removed. Repeated violations may result in warnings or service termination.
3.3 Counter Strike 2 Server Naming
All Counter Strike 2 servers MUST include "forgesolutions.net" in the server name. Example: "My CS2 Server - forgesolutions.net". Exceptions require written permission—email [email protected] to request with your server details and reason.
4. VPS Server Policies
4.1 VPN Usage Prohibition
VPN services are strictly prohibited on VPS servers. Users cannot install VPN software, host VPN services, configure VPN gateways, or use VPS resources to bypass geolocation restrictions. This includes OpenVPN, WireGuard, IKEv2, L2TP/IPsec, PPTP, and similar technologies. Violations result in immediate suspension and account termination.
5. Resource Limits
Excessive bandwidth may be throttled. CPU, RAM, and disk usage must stay within plan specifications and not impact other users.
6. Monitoring and Enforcement
Forge Solutions reserves the right to:
- Monitor server activity for policy violations
- Issue warnings for minor infractions
- Suspend services temporarily for policy violations
- Terminate services permanently for severe or repeated violations

8. Policy Updates
