8. Order Refunds
Refunds for orders will only be processed within 24 hours of order placement. After this period, no refunds will be issued. Forge Solutions reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
9. Payment Policy
Invoices are due upon receipt. If an invoice is not paid within 24 hours of the due date, the corresponding services will be suspended until payment is received. Forge Solutions is not responsible for any data loss or service interruption resulting from the suspension of services due to overdue payments.
Additionally, if a customer fails to contact us regarding overdue payments within a reasonable timeframe, the associated services may be irreversibly destroyed. Forge Solutions will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before taking such action.
10. Game Server Policy
a. The use of world generation plugins for the game Minecraft is strictly prohibited. Forge Solutions does not support or allow modifications that alter the fundamental gameplay mechanics related to world generation.
b. Game server storage cannot be used to store or distribute files that are not necessary for the game server to function. Any unauthorized storage or distribution of non-essential files is strictly prohibited.
11. Uptime Guarantee
Forge Solutions strives to provide high availability, but uptime guarantees do not apply in cases of infrastructure outages caused by acts of God or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
12. Client Responsibility
All content hosted on our services is the sole responsibility of the clients. Forge Solutions does not monitor or moderate the content hosted on our platform. Clients are solely responsible for the legality, appropriateness, and compliance of their content with applicable laws and regulations.
13. Termination
Forge Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Forge Solutions provides its services "as is" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
15. Limitation of Liability
Forge Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Forge Solutions reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
